Important Delivery Information
All of our Dougi BBQs / Jerk-Pans are handmade and therefore due to the bespoke nature of the products, we aim to despatch all items within 10 working days of the order date. If your item is out of stock, we will notify you by email and keep you updated with an estimated despatch date.
If you do need an item urgently or before the estimated 10 working days, please contact us directly before purchase and we will do our best to accommodate.
If you are unable to collect or arrange your own courier, Dougi-BBQ can deliver at a cost of £1.75 per mile from our Birmingham manufacturing base. Please contact us for a quote.
If you live outside of UK Mainland, including The Highlands, Northern Island, The Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Isle of Scilly, there could additional delivery costs which may be applicable and we will inform you of the additional cost which will need to be paid before despatch.
Please ensure all addresses are accurate and include postal town and postcode, together with the recipients telephone number. Inaccurate addresses will incur extra delivery charges and inevitable delay. We cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete.
All deliveries will be arranged between Monday – Friday, except when they fall on public or Bank Holidays. If you require a Saturday delivery, please contact us to arrange. However, there will be an extra surcharge for a Saturday delivery.
As we use a national courier service to delivery our goods, we are unable to provide an exact time for delivery as this is at the carriers discretion. Delivery times are usually between, but not restricted to, the hours of 08:00 and 18:00. All BBQ / Jerk-Pans will require a signature on delivery. If the courier is unable to make a delivery because you were not available, you will be liable for a charge for re-delivery.

Please note that orders will only be despatched to the registered billing address and in no circumstances to any other address.
We also offer a customer collection service, where by you can opt to collect your order from our warehouse in Birmingham. This service is free of charge and should only be used if you are able to collect your goods from our warehouse and not if you require delivery.
We will notify you by telephone or email when your order is ready for collection.
